Posted on: April 12, 2019 | Back | PrintFor the first time in the history of the ancient Kumbh Mela pilgrimage festivals, the Indian Government decided to make this, the one in 2019, a miniature meeting of the United Nations. The aim was to celebrate together, and 181 participants were chosen from around the world to become their country’s Kumbh Mela Ambassador at the largest collective meeting for religion on Earth.
