Conference: 12th Urban Mobility India 15-17 November 2019
Posted on: September 20, 2019 | Back | PrintThe upcoming 12th Urban Mobility India (UMI) Conference-cum-Exhibition will be held from 15-17 November 2019 at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Organised under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India, the UMI 2019 is a well-established international forum to deliberate on important issues and challenges related to urban transport the theme for the event will be "Accessible and liveable Cities".
The conference and exhibition was initiated by the Ministry in 2008 to provide a platform for churning out thoughts / ideas, promoting best practices across India and different parts of the world and carving out the way forward for improving urban mobility in the country. Over 900 delegates from various parts of the country and around 50 from different organisations across the world participated in the 11th UMI held from 2 to 4 November, 2018 at Nagpur, Maharashtra. An exhibition showcasing different facets of urban mobility and the latest technology / business options were displayed on the sidelines. .
