EEPC India is the nodal body under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, working towards the promotion of trade and investments in the engineering sector. It represents over 12500 members from large, medium and small-scale enterprises (over 70% from MSME sector).  

EEPC India with the support and advice from Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is organizing a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai on 16th and 17th June 2023 during ACMEE EXPO.
ACMEE is a world-renowned Expo being organised at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai India during 15- 19 June 2023.The event hosts over 500  exhibitors along  with around 30,000 business visitors.

Hosted Buyer programme:
EEPC will select a few registered companies who may be eligible for the hosted buyer scheme. The selected companies would be eligible for a number of benefits. In order to avail the benefits the following should be considered:
-2 Nights Hotel stay (15 and 16 June 2023)  
+Overseas Buyer should check in on 15 June 2023 at Chennai.  
+Overseas Buyer must be present at the venue of RBSM Chennai Trade Centre at 9.30 AM on 16th and 17th June for B2B matchmaking.  
-Partial Air Fare Reimbursement is made on production of the following copies:
 +Passport  
 +Economy Air Ticket (Round Trip) showing the price and if the price is not mentioned on the ticket, please provide the invoice or the payment evidence.

+Hotel check in/out timings are usually 12 noon . Buyers should arrange tickets accordingly. Any additional charge for additional stay will be the responsibility of the individual buyer (approx. charges for room night are USD 100.00 per night.  
+There is a nominal Registration Fee to be paid during the time of Registration. If not, the registration fees shall be deducted while reimbursing the ticket cost in Chennai.
