Uttar Pradesh Footwear, Leather & Non-Leather Sector Development Policy 2025, notified by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, with the objective of attracting domestic and international investment and strengthening the State's position as a leading manufacturing hub for footwear, leather, non-leather products, and allied industries.

The Policy provides attractive fiscal incentives, infrastructure support, and investment facilitation measures to encourage industrial development and create new investment opportunities in the State.
