Carpet Export Promotion Council is an apex body set up by Ministry of Textiles,Govt. of India for export promotion of Handmade Carpets and other floor coverings, having around 1850 Member-Exporters from all over India. 

Carpet Export Promotion Council is organizing the 49th edition of INDIA CARPET EXPO from 11th to 14th October, 2025 at Carpet Expo Mart, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh (India) –  one of the largest Carpet Trade Fairs in the Asia, where 225 prominent Handmade Carpet Manufacturer and Exporters will showcase their complete range of Handmade Carpets, Rugs and other Floor Coverings and more than 500 overseas Buyers from more than 60 countries will attend the Expo.

Hosted Buyer Scheme:

1. Reimbursement towards Airfare (as a Subsidy):

US$ 700.00 for buyers from : Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Guatemala, Kenya, Libya, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Peru, South Africa, USA, Uruguay and Zimbabwe.

US $500.00 for buyers from other countries.

2. Complimentary Hotel Accommodation:

Upto 2 nights of hotel stay (Room rent only with breakfast) for selected Overseas Buyers in Varanasi between 10th to 14th October, 2025.

3. Transfers:

Shuttle Service from Varanasi Airport to Hotel, Hotel to the Fair Venue, Bhadohi and Fair Venue to the Hotel during 11-14 October, 2025.
