FIEO jointly with Govt. of Pondicherry and Govt of Andhra Pradesh is organising an International Buyer Seller Meeting (RBSM) as per the details given below

Against this backdrop, FIEO is pleased to invite Buyers/Importers as the Hosted Buyer to meet reputed Indian MSME manufacturers dealing variety of products.  Under this hosted buyer program, the visiting buyers will be provided the following:

  • Reimbursement of Return Economy Class Air Ticket from their nearest Airport to Pondicherry to attend the Buyer Seller Meet (to reach 27th August and return 29th August. Reimbursement will be given by Cash USD at the venue on submission of copy of the boarding pass)
  • 2 Nights Hotel Stay at Pondicherry in Five Star category Hotel (Check-in Time in Hotel is 2.00pm & Check-out 12.00pm) along with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.ű
  • Scheduled Meetings with Indian counterparts related to your line of business and the details will be shared with you well in advance for enable you to establish contacts before you reach Pondicherry.
  • Delegates expected to have one to one meeting as per schedule given.
  • Local logistic support including Airport Transfer.
  • Reimbursement of Return Economy Class Air Ticket from their nearest Airport to Rajahmundry to attend the Buyer Seller Meet (to reach 09th September and return 12th September. Reimbursement will be given by Cash USD at the venue on submission of copy of the boarding pass)
  • 3 Nights Hotel Stay at Kakinada in Five Star category Hotel (Check-in Time in Hotel is 2.00pm & Check-out 12.00pm) along with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
  • Scheduled Meetings with Indian counterparts related to your line of business and the details will be shared with you well in advance for enable you to establish contacts before you reach Kakinada. 
  • Delegates expected to have one to one meeting as per schedule given.

Also please note that FIEO will be organizing BSM in other cities in Andhra Pradesh also after July and hence request you to register for the program

Selected buyers are expected to book their air tickets within a week from the date of receiving official confirmation from FIEO and share a copy of their passport, ticket & Invoice details. This will enable FIEO to arrange hotel accommodation and confirm it to the delegates. Please note that timely booking of air tickets is important, and any delay beyond the cut-off date may result in a doubt of sponsorship.
