Federation of India Export Organisation (FIEO) is the apex trade promotion body of India set up by the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India in 1965 to promote India’s exports globally. 

FIEO jointly with the State Government organising International Buyer Seller Meeting (RBSM) during current financial year. 

Tentative details of the program are given below:

1. Andhra Pradesh:
Visakhapatnam: July 9,10,11 (3 days), 2026
Vijayawada: October 15,16,17 (3 days) 2026

Kochi: August 12th & 13th, 2026
Trivandrum: November 5 & 6, 2026

HOSTED BUYER SCHEME:
Benefits offered to a number of selected qualified foreign buyers by FIEO for Reverse Buyer Seller Meets:

-Complimentary Hotel Accommodation with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
-Logistic Support including Airport Pickup and Drop.
-FIEO will arrange pre-scheduled B2B meetings and provide specified meeting room.

Buyers are encouraged to initiate MOU/place orders and explore business opportunities. FIEO will be doing match making and share sellers’ details well in advance for the buyers to initiate the business discussion so that buyers will be able to conclude at least one business deal during the B2B meetings.
Buyes must carry: visiting card, company Borchers/literature
 

IMPORTANT
To & Fro Airfare reimbursement subject to following conditions:
50% of total to & Fro Airfare on economy class paid or 50% of the upper ceiling whichever is less will be reimbursed subject to signing MOU with at least one supplier matching the product requirements and submitting an undertaking that visiting buyer will provide periodical feedback on progress made on MOU till concluding business.
For those who will be placing confirmed orders at the venue will be paid 100%

Selected buyers are expected to book their air ticket as soon as they receive confirmation from FIEO and share Ticket details for hotel reservation and start doing the match making.
