The FICCI LEADS (Leadership, Excellence, Adaptability, Diversity, and Sustainability), FICCI’s premier global thought leadership platform, will be held on September 10–11, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The event is being supported by Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and International Chamber of Commerce, Paris.

The theme of the event is "Collaborations for Growth in a Transformative World".
