ITEC Day celebration 2025

Embassy celebrated ITEC Day 2025 in Budapest on 3rd October 2025. H.E. Ms. Boglárka Illés, State Secretary for Bilateral Relations of Hungary graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered the keynote address. She praised the warm and friendly Hungary- India ties and emphasized the significance of India’s developmental partnership initiatives in enhancing people-to-people and institutional linkages. Earlier, the Ambassador welcomed the Chief Guest, ITEC Alumni from Hungary, and other distinguished guests, highlighting the role of ITEC Programme in fostering capacity-building, knowledge-sharing, and strengthening India’s relationship with partners like Hungary. ITEC alumni also shared their experiences and learnings from their training in India, reflecting the enduring value and spirit of collaboration of the ITEC programme.
ITEC Day 2025 celebrations witnessed a cultural programme organized by the Amrita Sher-Gil Cultural Centre of the Embassy of India. The performances included a mesmerizing Tabla and Pakhawaj fusion and a graceful Odissi dance recital, showcasing India’s rich cultural heritage and artistic traditions.
