MADAD - Consular Grievances Redressal System
The portal 'Madad' (Help) was launched by the Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi to significantly reform the linear process adopted to post grievances from the originator of the grievance to the concerned Embassy or Consulate of India abroad and cut down the time required for grievances to be sent from Delhi to our Missions abroad to to take necessary action,"
Speedy handling of complaints, improve tracking and redressal and escalation of unresolved cases are among the chief characteristics of 'Madad'.
Madad 2.0 is going to be rolled out from 15th December 2025, which incorporates improved data validation, faster processing workflows and upgraded security features. An SMS facility for real-time-updates has also been introduced on registered Indian mobile numbers. The new URL of Madad V2.0 is as follows: https://www.madad.gov.in
After registering, the complainant can log in and file his or her complaints, and the entire history of that grievance would be maintained online.
