Children's Day in Városliget
Location / Venue: City Park-Sunset (1146 Budapest, XIV. district)
The International Child Rescue Service has been organizing the City Park Children's Day since 1990. From the beginning, it was important for the organizers to provide a high-quality, free program with this event for hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged children and their families, who would not otherwise have the opportunity to do so.
The Amrita Sher-Gil Cultural Center, Embassy of India will participate in the program again this year. The Indian tent will be located in the bustling Street of Nations on Sunday, 25 May 2025, between 10:00 and 16:00. During the program, numerous embassies and cultural institutes will present their country's traditions, culture and customs.
The Indian cultural programme will be on the Embassy Stage between 12:30-12:50 p.m.
We are waiting for children and their parents at the tent with colorful programs:
henna painting, board games, Saaree wrapping, yoga workshop etc.
The program is free.
