Seaplane / Helicopter/ small passenger aircraft services in A & N Islands
Date: 6th April, 2018
1. The Directorate of Civil Aviation. A & N Administration invites Global Expression
of Interest (EOT) from operators /eligible firms for introducing Seaplane
/Helicopter/ small passenger aircraft services in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The
EOI process is to ascertain feasibilities for the intended Seaplane / Helicopter
Ismail passenger aircraft service purely on No-Cost-No-Commitment (NCNC)
basis. The EOI document is available on our website https://eproc.andaman.gov.in
2. Once adequate responses have been received, in the 2nd phase, interested applicants
will be required to fill in the format in the website: https://eproc.andaman.gov.in
and submit certified copies or all documents through e-rnode for registration as
operator of seaplanes /helicopter/ small passenger aircraft service in A & N Islands.
The applicants are also required to send a hard copy of duly filled in registration
form along with copies of documents by post addressed to the Deputy Director of
Civil Aviation, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, VIP Road. P.O . Junglighat,
Port Blair-7441 03.
3. Applicants are requested to submit their willingness in the format at Annexure-l
available in https://eproc.andaman.gov.in on or before 4th May 2018. 1630hrs.
