Invitation on Expression of Interest in investment in Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd Steel Plant
Posted on: March 05, 2021 | Back | PrintNeelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd (NINL) is a 1.1 mln tonne integrated Steel Plant located at Kalinga Nagar industrial Complex, District Jaipur, Odisha, India promoted as a Joint Venture of Central Public Sector Entrerprises, viz, MMTC Ltd. National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., MECON, BHEL and Public Sector Enterprises of Odisha State viz. Industrial Promotion Investment Corporation Ltd and Odisha Mining Corporation. Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) has issued Preliminary information Memorandum (PIM) covering Global Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) on 25.01.2021. The PIM/EOI is available at the website of DIPAM (www.dipam.gov.in) Ministry of Commerce and Industry (www.commerce.gov.in), NINL (www.ninlin), MMTC (www.mmtclimited.com) and Transaction Adviser, M/s SBICAPS (www.sbicap.com). Last date of submission of EOI is 29th March 2021.
