Skill development initiatives for AYUSH Sector
Posted on: January 05, 2022 | Back | Print Ministry of Ayush has recently developed a robust system of standardized training, assessments and certifications for development of various categories of skilled healthcare professionals as per the needs of the healthcare sector.
A Sub-Council on Ayush was constituted under the aegis of Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) to undertake the skill development initiatives in the Ayush sector. The following qualifications in Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homoeopathy systems of healthcare have been developed by HSSC Sub Council on Ayush and Ministry of Ayush has recognized these qualifications for training in the Ayush sector (details may be seen under Healthcare sector at http://www.nqr.gov.in).
