ICCR presents a special programme on 'Wolrd Culture Day' which will be opened by Remarks by Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, Hon’ble President, ICCR. Ambassador Banashri Bose Harrison, retired ambassador to Sweden and Latvia, and Mentor, Tasting India Symposium, would present the subject of the oration and the speaker and invite Dr. Colleenn Taylor Sen for Keynote Address.Dr. Colleen Taylor Sen, author of “Feasts and Fasts: A History of Food in India” would be giving the keynote address.Eminent chefs and Restaurant owners serving or promoting Indian cuisine in India and around the world, authors of food books, food historians, journalists and social media influencers would also be participating.
