Organized by the Government of Gujarat, the event was planned to be held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat from 10-12 January 2022. However due to the Omicron outbreak the event has been postponed.
About the event:
The biennial event was conceptualized in 2003 under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, Hon'ble Prime Minister of India (then the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat). The Summit today has evolved into one of the most reputed global forums for business networking, knowledge sharing and strategic partnerships for inclusive socio-economic development.
The 10th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2022 with the central theme: 'From Aatmanirbhar Gujarat to Aatmanirbhar Bharat' presents a unique opportunity to address shared contemporary challenges and chart a path forward for global sustainable development by augmenting international cooperation and partnerships.
The Summit will host flagship events on key national initiatives as well as emerging global agendas. One such seminar is "Transitioning to a Green Economy", which will focus on a global agenda pertaining to sustainable economic development and climate change with focus on National Hydrogen Mission and Green Hydrogen, Renewable Energy and Electric Mobility.
