Council for Leather Exports (CLE) is organizing a Two-Day Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet in Hotel The Grand, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi for Footwear (leather & non-leather), Footwear Components (Uppers), Leather Garments, Leather Goods & Accessories, including various categories of Leather Gloves, on 28th & 29th September, 2018.

The basic objective for organizing the BSM by inviting potential overseas buyers is to showcase the capabilities & developments of Indian Leather & Leather Products Industry as a major sourcing destination and also to facilitate B2B meetings between Indian Exporters and overseas buyers for sourcing footwear and leather products from India, establishing marketing tie-ups and exploring business collaborations and joint venture agreements.

The Salient Features of the Two-Day Buyer-Seller Meet would be as follows:

-The BSM will be a Two-Day Event (9.00 am to 6.00 pm).
-The BSM will have a participation of around 50 leading Indian Manufacturer-Exporters of Leather Products displaying all types of Footwear & Components (Uppers), Leather Apparels, Leather Goods & Accessories, Leather Gloves, etc.
-One-to-One business meetings will be arranged between the Indian participating companies and Overseas Buyers/importers

CLE is offering Potential Overseas buyers/ importers of Footwear and Leather products a suitable hospitality package for facilitating their participation in the BSM Event and hold business meetings with Indian Exhibitors.

Hence, buyers who are serious to source (Footwear, Shoe Uppers, Leather Apparels, Leather Goods & Accessories and Leather Gloves from India are requested to avail this opportunity to visit New Delhi for the RBSM Event. A copy of the APPLICATION-cum-REGISTRATION FORM is attached herewith for your kind information.

The Council will be pleased to extend hospitality package to selected overseas buyers, which includes the following:

-Return Economy class air fare, subject to ceiling limits
-3 Nights Complimentary Stay in a 5-Star Category hotel in New Delhi with Bed & Breakfast
-Arrival at New Delhi in the evening/ late evening on 27th September’18
-Stay in New Delhi during 7th, 28th and 29th September, 2018 (3 nights)
-Departure to the destinations on 30th September morning

Buyers who want to arrive in New Delhi prior to 27th September or to extend their stay can do so but at their own cost.

Complimentary airport pick-up and drop will be arranged.

Long distance call charges, use of Business Center/ Health Club, laundry, liquor etc in the Hotel will be borne by the individual Buyers.

The complimentary hospitality package is offered to only one Director/Senior Executive of a company and will be confirmed only to a selected number of Business visitors who have interest to source leather products from India. On receipt of the registration form the Council shall examine the company profile of the Buyers and based on their product and area of interest, the Council shall consider inviting the Buyer to participate in the BSM Event in New Delhi  and thereafter will send the ‘Confirmation of Invitation’ to the selected individual buyers
